Wow, words cannot begin to express the awesomeness of God. I have a peace inside my heart that is leaving me speechless. As you know, I'm not speechless very often, but when God speaks, I can only listen. Well, in my words, I need to zip it and listen to Him. There has been an amazing outpouring of support for me which is overwhelming. I had no idea when I submitted to God's calling for this trip that the support would be revealed in so many forms. Some have chosen financial support, some prayer, some words of encouragement. And yet, they are all equally important.
Last evening, Carter and I stopped to see a family with whom we've become very good friends and before we left, they lifted me up in prayer for this journey. Talk about strength, I walked out of their house feeling like I could move a mountain. It's one thing, for people to tell you "Oh, I'll pray for you" and you typically know who is sincere and who good intentions but lack in follow thru. But to stand in a dear friends home, hand in hand with their family and be prayed over was the coolest. I've had others also, who have committed to pray for me everyday were gone. Having friends like this, gives me such encouragement to serve with confidence.
I continue to pray that God will keep my mind and heart open to see all that He desires and keep fear and self-ambition out.. It's all about a Lord, bigger than you and I, it's all about the cross.
Before I go, tonight is our big packing party !!!! Hooray.

Look's like you are having a good time. Will you ever get that smile off your face. Cater and nick played today. nick never came out of the cave except to help me plete. miss you on that one. Carter played in living room most of the day. went over to jake's for a bit. Found out that the sewing machine bites. smashed my thumb in it today. By the way we have no bandaids. had to make one. went and bought some latter. Nick fixed dinner tonight. they had pancakes. i have not ate yet. Love you. hope you get to see this.
